I Love Sushi (The Netherlands)

I Love Sushi supplies traditional Japanese sushi products in a Western style for the delivery and take-away market in The Netherlands. The organization takes care of the entire preliminary process and delivers the branch turnkey to the franchisees. I Love Sushi has started as a franchise formula since 2016. In 2019 it had around 30 branches and in 2020 it had already around 50 branches.

I Love Sushi works together with Visco, a Dutch fishmonger, which specializes in the supply of fresh fish for sushi. Because they purchase centrally from this fishmonger, they can offer the sushi for a much lower price. The fresh fish is then freshly prepared daily. At I Love Sushi you can order poké bowls, sashimi, nigiri, maki, combination menus and vegetarian boxes. In addition, there are also a number of hot dishes on the menu, such as spring rolls and chicken tempura.
